  • Monthly account provided to the Landlord
  • Payment of rent into Landlords bank account each month within 5 working days.
  • Carry out final inspection of the property and authorising the release of the bond
  • Annual statement provided to the landlord or their accountant (if required)

Our fee for this service is £299.00 plus VAT.

At the end of the initial six month agreement should your tenants decide to remain at the property, we charge £80.00 plus VAT for drawing up a further tenancy agreement.

From the second month our monthly management fee applies:

£40.00 plus VAT (Fixed Fee) or 10% Plus VAT of the monthly rent collected if rents collected are in excess of £500.00 per calendar month.

(We charge 15% plus VAT of the monthly rent collected for the landlords residing outside the UK ).

PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE LANDLORDS RESPONSIBILITY TO:

  • Obtain the necessary approval from your mortgage company.
  • Obtain the relevant lettings insurance for the property.
  • Obtain the necessary gas safety and electrical appliance certificates.
  • Provide a detailed inventory.

Miscellaneous Charges

We are also able to offer the services listed below, if required:

  • Provide an inventory - prices start from £50 plus VAT
  • Organise gas safety and electrical appliance certificates - Quotation Available Upon Request
  • Agreements for privately found tenants - £80 plus VAT
