Our fee for this service is £399.00 plus VAT.
At the end of the initial six month agreement should your tenants decide to remain at the property, we charge £80.00 plus VAT for drawing up a further tenancy agreement.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE LANDLORDS RESPONSIBILITY TO:
- Obtain the necessary approval from your mortgage company.
- Obtain the relevant lettings insurance for the property.
- Obtain the necessary gas safety and electrical appliance certificates.
- Provide a detailed inventory.
- It is your responsibility for collection of future rents from the second month.
- Carry out a final inspection of the property prior to the release of the bond.
