Alternatively entering Tibshelf from Alfreton along Alfreton Road, at the mini-island turn right onto High Street and continue for some distance passing through the village centre eventually arriving at a mini-island, proceed straight over onto Mansfield Road and Victoria Terrace is on the left hand side.
