Lettings Property Inspection Clerk - Position Filled

Full-Time Position

Derbyshire Properties Estate Agents - Lettings Department offers a bespoke letting and property management service, specialising in sourcing and providing quality properties in desirable locations across the region. Due to continued expansion we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Lettings Inventory Clerk.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the business therefore it is essential that you are able to organise and manage your time effectively to maximise your potential within the role. As an integral part of the team you will carry out a wide range of duties such as the preparation of detailed Inventories using an electronic data based system, property hand overs, periodic inspections and property check outs.

You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service. Ideally candidates will have knowledge of the lettings process.

Sales Negotiator/Administrator Role - Position Filled

Full Time Position

Salary negotiable (depending upon experience)

To provide a varied estate agency role working in Residential Sales and Lettings across two offices Belper and Alfreton. To become a dependable and committed member of staff working closely to the business owners within a team of committed property professionals. You will be an ambitious individual who wishes to challenge themselves and demonstrate a high aptitude to seek out opportunities. You will have a professional attitude whilst being polite, friendly and approachable and possess excellent communication skills in dealing with enquiries face to face, on the telephone and by email.

Key Skills Required….

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • IT literate, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for your own workload.
  • An understanding and interest in the property industry.
