Derbyshire Properties Estate Agents - Lettings Department offers a bespoke letting and property management service, specialising in sourcing and providing quality properties in desirable locations across the region. Due to continued expansion we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Lettings Inventory Clerk.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the business therefore it is essential that you are able to organise and manage your time effectively to maximise your potential within the role. As an integral part of the team you will carry out a wide range of duties such as the preparation of detailed Inventories using an electronic data based system, property hand overs, periodic inspections and property check outs.
You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service. Ideally candidates will have knowledge of the lettings process.
Applicants must have a full clean driving license.
